Should I get hyperos eu for Redmi note 13?

I am about to buy Redmi note 13 global, since Redmi note 13 global come with hyperos global so I have plenty of questions

1.Is hyperos stable?
2.Can I still unlock bootloader?
3.Is translation for Thai fully translated?
and lastly what is difference between MIUI and hyperos(for eu)

1. Yes, it is stable.
2. Of course you can unlock the bootloader (Level 5 requirement is for Chinese users).
3. Global translation is used for Thai language. There may be a lack of translation for features that are not available globally (in which case the features will be in English).
