Sim Card 2 Not Working

Any SIM card in the 2nd slot cannot search for network (it has no signal and cannot connect manually to any net). How can I solve this?
Mi5S 64gb/3gb with latest rom.

I´VE TRIED EVERITHING - CHINESE ROM, STABLE ROM, UNLOCK THE BOOTLOADER AND INSTALLED MIUI9 .EU AND NOTHING HAPPENS, THE SIM IS THERE, CELLPHONE SHOWS, BUT DONT MAKE ANY CALLS OR CONNECT IN THE INTERNET. BUG IS IN THE MIUI9? OR THE SLOT IS BURNED? WHEN I CHANGE THE POSITION OF SIM CARDS, THE SIM THA WAS IN POSITION 2 WORKS IN POSITION 1.... AND THE OTHER THAT WAS IN POSITION 1 STOPS TO WORK WHEN INSERTED IN POSITION 2...
