sms and call history cloud sync mi 10 ultra

On default chinese rom message and call history sync was working.
I flashed 10.15 eu rom and now I cant activate it. When activating it says international message will be sent than do something for 10 seconds or so and than it switches back to not activated.

Doesnt make any sense but enabling overseas roaming worked. It shouldn't be this way tho, seems like bug in eu rom
