strange camera issue since update to global stable 10.3.4

Hi there

I'm using the Mi 9 SE. Since the update to global stable 10.3.4 there is the strange issue, that i always have to switch to video and then back to photo, to take pictures.
Otherwise the display stays dark, when i start the camera app.

Is it a known problem, or am i the only one with this issue?

I had once the global stable 10.3.4 on my mi 9 se and didn´t experienced that.
But try weekly 8.9.15, im using right now and it is much better than the 10.3.
So far, i didn´t saw any bugs
