Stuck In Headphone Mode Running Latest Weekly (mido)

Can't get my phone out of headphone mode but only for the speakers.
Notifications and ringing works normally but can't play any sound through the speakers.
Headphone symbol is present all the time, headphones work normally when plugged in.
Have cleaned out the headphone socket a few times but no change no matter how many times I restart.

Anyone had this before? Anything you can advise to try before I do a clean ROM flash?

Booted to recovery, wiped Dalvik and cache
No change

Headphone socket ist stuck. Clean it again, or try several other headphones to connect-disconnect many times. Or manually with a pin try to move the contacts in it. If nothing helps - go to service, maybe the whole socket needs to be replaced. :-(
