System Does Not Start After Update

Hey guys, I hve a problem. I updated my MI5 with the latest version 8.3.15 via TRWP. Now I have the problem that my phone is not starting. It is hanging in the starting procedure. The MI5 vibratet once and after a while than short twice, but the system never comes up.
Is there anybody to able to help me fo fix the problem?
I very appreciate any help.

Because people dont read and dont look what rom are download and install. They hurry up to download Thursday and install and after that complain. This same situation are on all friday. For me its not good public release 2 version for mi5 on A7 and close beta A8, people dont know what are doing. Its mess.

That's bad! How can you give an older Version a higher version number than the latest Android 8 version. I think most of the people did not see the extension on the ZIPfile. How dare this is.
