New the SMS are slow to arrive

When I want to receive a text message of a confirmation or code, the messages take a long time to arrive (Redmi Note 7)

i'm facing this problem also after update to MIUI 12, anybody have the solution?

I manage to solve my problems after some searching on other forums. You just uninstall / update carrier app from google play store. My case is uninstall this app and everything back to normal.
