Theme manager cant seem to set custom ringtones (1.10.21)

I upgraded from 1.9.x and it was working fine before. I had downloaded ringtones from the miui servers and they worked just fine. Upgraded with full wipe to 1.10.21 and transferred those ringtones over as well. However when I tried to set them with theme manager it doesnt work. It sets the default Miui ringtones just fine however like MI.ogg etc. It DOES work if I set it with music though which is strange. Anyone else have the same issue?
