Third-party autofill provider apps cannot display passkeys popup on XEU but working on stock

Does anyone else also experience the issue of third party password managers (anything aside from the default Google password manager) being unable to show the passkeys popup? Specifically neither apps nor websites can make it display the passkeys prompt.

Clicking passkey management in the Bitwarden android app leads to a crash on XEU latest stable ROM unfortunately. However, passkeys popups do seem to work properly on stock CN/global Firmware. Does anyone know why?

Update: XEU issue. Manually changing creds provider entry via 'settings put secure' worked. Stock fixed crashing page under Settings - Additional settings - Language & input - Password & accounts earlier this year but XEU never caught up with the update.
