This Device Is Locked.

Hello,this is my first post.
I bought a Redmi note 3 pro almost two months ago,until now.
I decided to update my phone from miui 7 to miui 8, i used the official global rom,everything was fine.
BUT!
on the first configuration,on Mi account login, it says that it already has a associated Mi account, i need to put my password,but,after that,it says "Wrong password",so i went to i.mi.com to recover it.
After putting my phone number,it says "the user doesn't exist", i tried in every way.
Now,somehow,i managed to skip that,but it got worse: Now i'm stuck on the home screen, it says:
"This device is blocked"
I tried to format it from fastboot mode,but i can't even enter to EDL mode, my computer gets stuck in "Waiting for device"and i'm sure that i have the correct drivers.
Help please,sorry for bad english.

.Cara Open cloud mi forgotten passwords
Turn off the phone> enter fastboot mode> open cmd
Type the following command
1.fastboot devices
2.fastboot-w
3.fastboot erase config
4.fastboot reboot

Hello, i have the same problem (mobile phone updating and after get the screen with "mobile phone locked etc...", but "fastboot -w" tell me that the device is locked ...

What can i do actually ?
