TV Mi Smart P1 43" LED 4K (l43m6-6aeu)- HDMI connection lost since last firmware update

I don't agree with your opinion.. We found a way to solve the problem, now it's up to the people's if they want to accept it or not. I wish you a good day.
Yea and that(your opinion) is exactly the reason why companies keep getting away with crap like that. Un-effing believable.

You can't expect the regular customer do something like downgrading their device via adb, fastboot and what not, like.. are you out of your mind ?
It's not about how easy or complicated it is, how well written tutorials are out there, it's about the company broke their effing product, so they should have to fix it within days weeks at most but they won't .. Why ? Cause we consumers just accept something as .. This.. as a solution.

Peace out

Hello to all forum members
After the latest firmware update my Mi Smart P1 43” LED 4K TV (l43m6-6aeu) randomly started displaying the following message:
HDMI connection lost
As I said, it's a random problem... The TV can be on for hours without any problem and sometimes, after an hour, the message appears (and, of course, there's no image or sound).
The solution is to turn it off and on again... and things go back to normal.
I've tried the obvious solutions... A new HDMI cable (of good quality). I've tried different HDMI connectors. I've tried a different video source.
The problem remains.
Any suggestions? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks for your help

Have You downgraded to version 7981, I solved the problem that way.

Hello, I have exactly the same problem on Xiaomi P1 55", but I can't install the firmware. I get this message: "error in /sideload/package.zip"

Hey, I've an other issue ... My tv is stuck in 1080p ... I can't go in 4k ? Do you have a fix to that ? pls
What do you mean you're stuck in 1080p? Which mode are you using and which source? Be sure to select HDMI 2.0 or 2.1 after switching to the HDMI source your using, you can do it by pressing the "Set" button on the remote and then "HDMI Mode".

With android tv directly, not hdmi device. Youtube 1080p even on 4k video. Same things on twitch, kodi and more. And in aida64, it's writed 1920x1080.

Unfortunately I don't know how to help you with that. I use the TV only as a PC monitor through HDMI, without it connected to internet because I really don't need it. I tried to look in the settings but nothing seems to be there about this.
