I really would love to flash twrp...

When i open adb and try any fastboot command i get: <waiting for any device>

I allready installed minimal adb and fastboot 1.4
What is the solution so i can finally enjoy the xiaomi.eu rom again...

Edit: solution find out myself, in fastboot mode, look at device manager.
Android fastboot device, right button, uninstall device.
Disconnect, connect and let windows install driver itself.. DONE
