New TWRP freeze during update - miui probem ?

Hello,
I am using MIUI for many years sometimes xiaomi.eu sometimes global.
Phone came with some custom rom so I wanted replace. But first time I have such problem:


Redmi 6 Pro - I unlocked bootloader.
Installed twrp
3.2.2-1 for Sakura from XDA-Developer
3.2.3 from officaial twrp.me

I also wiped data so internal memory is visible, copied roms to internal storage, tried three different
stable xiaomi.eu_multi_HM6Pro_V10.0.2.0.ODICNFH_v10-8.1
stable xiaomi.eu_multi_HM6Pro_V10.0.5.0.ODICNFH_v10-8.1
latest weekly xiaomi.eu_multi_HM6Pro_8.11.15_v10-8.1

unfortuntely, progres during install always reach 100% and freez, even 10+ min waiting nothing happends

After force restart it stuck on Mi logo (Unlocked)
I can run fastboot or run in recovery mode.

Is it twrp or miui problem? How to solve this ?

I did, otherwise internal storage was not visible.
I can do it again, which checkboxes to select during format again?

Wipe > Frmat data > enter yes - NOT HELPED
but
Wipe > Swipe to facory reset - WORKED
