Update Via Ota Or Manual

Hello guys!
I would like to know a question, I'm new here and the use of ROM's xiaomi.eu
I had the original version before that is received over the air updates of new ROMS.
Now with the xiaomi.eu version, how do I? I have to do manual?
I use TRWP for update?
Or go to the update application? and select the update from xiaomi.eu?
