Vibration Motor Sometimes Don't Work

Hi all, I'm on the last stable miui eu on redmi note 3 pro, and I'm facing this problem.
Sometimes, totally randomly, the vibration motor stop working, till the random moment when is starting work again. Think is a software related problem, anyone is facing the same issue?

I'm facing the same issue for a couple of month now, it seem not to be affeced from rom version, i think it's more like a hardware failure

Totally an hardware problem: if the vibration stops, shaking the phone will let it start again. Opening the mobile, will show you the vibration motor: when he stops, if you touch it, is working again. Submitted a ticket to my seller, lets see what they answer.
