New Washed out colors on camera after first run

Probably not have anything to do with the EU rom but still seeking help. Whenever I run the camera app it starts with washed out colors. If I change mode (to video for example) and then back to photo colors are OK. If I kill the app and run again problem is still there.
Noticed the issue after dirty flashing 9.10.24.
