Website To Unlock Bootloader Is Dead, Anyone Can Unlock My Mi5?

The website used to request unlock code is not currently available: www .miui . com / unlock/ apply.php
It's been like that for more than a week.

Is there any alternative to unlock the bootloader? If not, does anyone have an miui account they dont use with permission to unlock? I'd be much grateful

it seems to be really broken, often 502 error, sometime you get the form, but even if you manage to fill it the confirmation sms always fail to send
one month ago it was perfectly working

Site is up again, i finally applied for the bootloader unlock permission last day
