Where can I view the changes of weekly?

Every xiaomi.eu seems to come up with a changelog. however it differs a lot from the ones published chinese devs/users
e.g. in 8.7.26 the changelog says
"New - Option to set downloaded file size on mobile data"
however the feature is present on my chinese dev verison 8.7.19
changes took place based on my real life experience, however, isn't included
as I update to 8.7.26,
there's new quick link for chinese chat app in game mode
and the issue that screen glitches as the phone switches to off-screen time is fixed
which are both not mentioned in the changelog
I've heard that the xiaomi.eu build is based on chinese dev build, so why are their changelog so different? Shouldn't new feature in chinese dev build also take place in the xiaomi.eu weekly?

yep

the changelog indicates a new feature of game booster
shortly after the release, the details are removed. and if you update now, it'll tell you that the new version fixed bugs and make system faster
