Why is Mi 10t Pro stuck in 12.0 at the stable release?

The question is pretty much in the title but to elaborate, all links to androidfilehost besides 12.0 don't have a mirror for model mi10tpro which is kinda weird considering the device is pretty much brand new...

You can, and should, install the latest "HMK30SUltra_MI10T" (apollo) ROM if you want to update your Mi 10T Pro.
