Why my e-mail address is banned?

I was registering for the first time in this forum. But the primary e-mail address I'm using has been banned and i don't know how it was happen. So I signed up with my secondary email address. Why is my mail address banned? How can i check the ban reason?

The interesting part is: my username was not taken by another person. I usually take this username.
