No idea, I'm not Xiaomi support staff, and Mi 9 SE doesn't support Widevine L1 certificate renewal, which was very clearly detailed in my sticky post:

Doesn't matter, once your Widevine L1 certificate gets invalidated, the only way to restore it is using Widevine L1 OTA provisioning, which isn't supported on Mi 9 SE.
