Will MIUI Guardprovider upload personal information without permission?

Some developers have found that MIUI Guardprovider would send uuid information and installed apps list to Xiaomi's server without permission in MIUI CN. And this code also exists in MIUI Global and MIUI.eu. Does this uploading users' information behavior also exist in Global and eu version? Since MIUI always classifies the regions and the functions are different in different regions. Or is it possible to block this function in later eu release?

Same question here, a developer on Chinese forum mentioned that guardprovider in EU MIUI also sent data to a server of Tencent located in Guangdong, China. Although it is not fact-checked on all versions of EU MIUI, is it necessary to make a further investigate on it?
