Will the mi9t pro global version be able to have L1(for Netflix HD)

Hi, I'm thinking of getting a mi9t pro in USA. Would anybody here own a global mi9t pro? Could you tell me if the version can have HD Netflix (L1). Thank you so much!

I have not checked myself because I am waiting for the bootloader to be unlocked, but from the changelog you can read that YES:

Mine( k20 pro) has been upgraded to google security patch 2019/9, but still a L3 security Level...
Is this right?

So, even if I buy mi9t pro, unlocking the bootloader and flash eu Rom, it will become security Level 3??

So it doesn't matter if I unlock the bootloader or flash custom Rom, as long as I use mi9t pro? But k20 pro will be security level 1 even if I stay locked?

I dont know how it is if you flash an aosp based Rom but when you have L1 on Stock Rom you will also have L1 on EU Rom.
