Bought a Global Xiaomi 13 Pro for my wife from the Xiaomi MI store on Ali Express back in June. Following what we think was an update the phone started bringing messages that MIUI+ Beta was not working and apps started failing and not responding. Checking the MIUI version there was a message saying to check MD5 and Install. A pop up advised installer was not working and to wait or OK. tapping OK just closed the screen. Tapping WAIT allowed access to the install of version 28 and when tapped the phone restarted. However on restarting the update did not install and the same thing started all over again. We did a factory restart as advised by the seller but after a few days it all started again. Xiaomi UK are unwilling to assist even after offering to pay for an investigation to obtain a repair quote. Does anybody have any suggestions as Xiaomi are useless and we will not be buying a Xiaomi again.

This is no official Xiaomi website, the AliExpress store was no official store, they would not send the china region phone outside of the mainland.
Preferably only buy from Alibaba.

HyperOS 1.0.11.27 (for Nuwa) is the firmware that currently works best for the 13 Pro

Read up on how to install via Fastboot
It's quite easy once the drivers are installed
Always check if the connection is good with cmd
/Adb devices
In Fastboot mode /fastboot devices

Once you read about how you install updates you will understand why it is not updating

Not yet, the Vendor has suggested using a phone repair specialist and he will pay for it. I would do it but want to maintain some kind of warranty with the Vendor. I'm having trouble finding a phone repairer willing to do it so it may end up that I have to do it.

Do you know anything about computers?
Any corner phone repair guy will know what to do
You bought it from china, there is no warranty basically.
It was cheaper, though you forgo certain amenities

If you bought it via credit card try a claim for fraud, because it was sold as global
