After unlocking the bootloader of my Mi8 (chinese version with oficial global rom in english and chinese), I installed TWRP 3.2.3.0.
I pasted Xiaomi.eu global in my phone (downloaded from this website).
I have tried to install it through recovery, and it seems to be installed properly but the phone doesn´t start.
I have waited for 2 hours and it remains the same (logo of mi and 3 dots blinking) but it doesn´t start.
Please, can you help me? I dont know how to solve it. Thank you in advance.

I'm going to give you the apso that I followed with all my cell phones:

INSTALL ADB and DRIVERS
ACTIVATE USB DEPURATOR ON THE CELLULAR
START IN "FASTBOOT" MODE
FLASH RECOVERY
BOOT RECOVERY
FORMAT DATA
TWICE CLEAN CACHE, DATA, INTERNAL LESS SYSTEM, THAT'S NOT!
REINCIATE IN RECOVERY
PASS ROM TO THE MEMORY OF THE CELLULAR AND AFTER INSTALL!

I think you need to flash the dm verity and encryption disabler after you choose wipe data in twrp and after you flash the EU rom.

Thank you for your answers.
If posible, is there any step by step guide i can follow?

I dont know how but it has lost twrp and now it is working with xiaomi recovery.

Thank you all of you for your help.

1) Flash through MiFlash Tool fastboot rom (select flash all, DO NOT LOCK)
- 8.9.20 Global Beta if you're installing a xiaomi.eu Pie rom
- 9.5.13.0 Global Stable if you're installing a xiaomi.eu Oreo rom

2) Once flashed, through fastboot boot in TWRP, without installing it. I use and suggest this version

So rename that file in TWRP and put in the same folders where there are fastboot files

fastboot boot TWRP.img

3) Now erase -> format data, write yes and then reboot to bootloader/fastboot

4) From the PC, using fastboot, repeat the point 2.

5) Now in TWRP wipe data cache system

6) Transfer the Xiaomi.eu Rom and the TWRP file used before

7) Flash first rom then TWRP.

8) Reboot and wait

It will work :)

Yes, you will lost all your data, the only way to save them is via USB or through cloud. To send fastboot commands you need to download ADB e fastboot (there is a portable version, without installation) and in the same folder click SHIFT + RIGHT MOUSE BUTTON and there will be "Open a command...". Then is done.
