The upgrade procedure is almost the same as installing the ROM the first time,but only the final file changes?you start the process by typing "Y" and pressing enter?

I apologise it's true.I mean updating the xiaomi.eu stable ROM ,via fastboot. It is almost the same as installing the ROM for the first time,only opens a different file referring to update,but the process there is equal?

its mentioned in the howto… did you read it?
type in the "cmd window" windows_fastboot... and hit RETURN
you only have to press Y when you use the format data bat, which removes your files from the phone.
