New Xiaomi Mi Gaming keyboard [Solved]

Hello,
I own a Xiaomi Mi Gaming and it appears that only the F keys as well as Fn + F keys work.
Is there any reason for that ? It is the keyboard that does not work or is it a software issue ?
If anyone can help me, it would be great.

is the keyboard using USB 3.0 port or less? Have you tried the keyboard on any other devices to rule out a PC / Mac issue? failing that you should report the issue to the seller and get the product RMA done

Hello,
It is the keyboard internal to "Xiaomi Mi Gaming". I bought it from Xiaomi China but the good news is that it works now. I am not sure what had it work, I tried several things (uninstalling drivers and rebooting, disabling internal keyboard in bios).
