Xiaomi Mover not working to clone old phone data/apps/appdata/images etc. to new phone

Hi everyone,
As title says, I'm having issues using Xiaomi Mover to clone my old Xiaomi Note 9 data to Xiaomi 13 Pro.
Two phones connect (Note 9 for sending and Xiaomi 13 Pro for receiving) for a second and then I get "Connection interrupted...",
where the reconnect doesn't work or never happens.

Xiaomi Note 9 - MIUI Global 13.0.3 Stable - root locked
Xiaomi 13 Pro - MIUI by xiaomi.eu 14.0.22.0.TMBCNXM Stable - Fastboot and TWRP(instead of Recovery)

Any idea on fixing this?
Or atleast some other tool which would do the same?

I have same issue when i try to copy to new phone
Mi11 14.0.23.4.25.DEV (preinstalled Mi mover 4.0.6) --> Mi13 14.0.15 Global (Mi Mover from store 3.3.2)

I tried to update Mi Mover on Mi13 to 4.0.6 but it is showing same issue.
How i can remove or downgrade preinstalled Mi Mover 4.0.6 in our unofficial rom?
I tried to use adb shell:
pm uninstall -k –user 0 com.mi.global.mimover
pm uninstall com.mi.global.mimover
pm uninstall -k –user 0 com.miui.huanji
but after that if i install again Mi Mover 3.* from apk file its showing same 4.0.6 version.

i manged to solve this by decompiling the Rom and removing the mimover app that comes with the rom. then manually download from play store
