Xiaomi Red Rice 1S (Snapdragon 400) Multilanguage firmware

Hi guys,any idea how to find ROM for Red Rice 1S,its based on Snapdragon 400,even might be not such way to install rom like on MTK.Such as Recovry TWRP.So is it possible to install it as always via Update? or how to do it,any recomandation or guides,will be greate not only for me,there is no info about it on such topics,or web.Hope this will be good information for all people wich have Red rice 1S.Thank you for support.

Nope.. Its chinese model only.. No WCDMA... So why bother with it...

but TD-SCDMA Chinese ver. too even it has Multi pack....
