Xiaomi stratos 2 material failure

Hi I had purchased 2 AmazfitWatch stratos 2. The watch and all functions is amazing. There is any small issue with the charger. The charger not fit very well with the watch and sometimes need to push more to lock the charger with the watch. This push cause a serious problem in the watch. The right top part broke while pushing to lock the charger. I thought that this part of material must be more durable. The problem now is that the charger not lock with the watch so I cannot charge the watch. There is any official service where I can sent the watch for repair?

Contact whomever you purchased it from, they have the legal obligation to fix the issue.
