even i have removed Chinese assistant. Actually, i was facing this issue in last build but not in the latest build

I have tried both automatic and Manual setting, but both is messed up.I have even reset the time zone manually. I am finally using a theme which has a static clock icon and the time is atleast correct on status bar. Using all the default themes,it gets mis matched.

The time difference between status bar and widget can be solved in battery setings.Came across an issue. The time on the status bar is not updating automatically. When I switched between setting time automatically and manually, only then the time adjusts..see the screenshot. The time difference between what is shown and the one in the clock widget.

You must put the widget app in no limits to use battery.

L'm Redmi Note 3 mtk problems from last week are mostly solved this week. But it is still running slow compared to 2 weeks ago.

Is it possible to modify the Camera File naming convention?
Now it's IMG_MMDDYYYY_HHMMSS.jpg ----> a complete mess
it should be IMG_YYYYMMDD_HHMMSS.jpg ---> automatic chronological sorting
Because it has to do with dates, this might be a localization issue specific to Europe.
UPDATE: This was due to an older translation file being used in previous stable version. I switched to weekly and it is SOLVED

Another way is just to remove the "Assistant" is just to use a great app like Titanium Backup. No need to remove and worry about random reboots. Just freeze the app so the OS doesn't see it anymore. I did that for my Redmi Note 4 and it works perfect.. Of course you'll need root also.
