That caused by yourself using Magisk that is not compatible with nougat. Anyway 6.12.29 is the best choice for Mi5 so far.

Btw...latest global dev ROM is old 6.11.10 and still based on Android 6.0...that's why Magisk works on that...

Home screen menu still available on Mi5 and no issue with this...strange that it has has been removed from other devices...
 
Hi, i'm own a Libra (MI4c) after flashed stable version of miui i can't use recovery, touch doesn't work in recovery mode any more. I've tried reflashing the recovery but didn't worked! Any clues?

@graw2 This happened to me as well on a Mi 4c 2GB while using two SIM cards in the phone. The first sim wouldn't get recognized anymore after some time (totally random, sometimes 20 minutes, sometimes 1 day, SIM didn't show up in settings either). I don't know if it's fixed with only one SIM, two days ago I removed one of the SIMs and I haven't had problems ever since (Xiaomi.EU 6.12.22). The phone is not rooted or anything (using TS TWRP). What kind of logs could I provide for you to look into this?

yep, strange but it's not there anymore in kate.

Mi 5s Plus: New notifications flash only for a moment as popup notification and then show up in the status bar. Happened several times to me. The apps in question are allowed to do popup notification.
