Or install beautify mod from MI Globe - removes search, icons are more neutral color, you get background images for weather... Also you have option for "center clock" mod

This is a common problem with MiUnlock these days... I got the approval 3 - 4 days ago, and since then, I have been trying to unlock my bootloader on Mi4c. But, it constantly failed at 50%. However, today, I finally got it unlocked.
How?
I logged into https://i.mi.com
After that, click on the area as shown in the above picture and remove all devices. yes, trust me. After that, logout of Mi Account on your Mi4c. and factory reset your phone (if possible).
Then, when setting your phone again, and when logging into Mi Account on your phone, make sure your phone has enough credit so that it can send one international SMS. This way, your phone will register with Mi Cloud services and will activate Find Device service which is essential prior to unlocking bootloader.
After that, make sure you have "OEM unlocking" enabled in Developer Settings on your phone. After that, when you've setup your phone, and Mi Cloud has synced everything. Leave the phone for 1 day at least. Make sure you have only one phone showing in "Connected Devices". i.e. Mi4c and also make sure it shows its status as "Online"
After that, power off your phone and boot into fastboot mode. [Power button plus Volume (-) button] Now, download this version of MiUnlock:

and now, hopefully it will work...
Having constant "Google Play services has stopped working" errors and big lag when swiping between home screens after updating, any ideas?

With the same usage on 5.1 i had battery drain 3.5 - 5% per hour, on sleep mode 1.5 - 2℅ per hour. Now with this week rom until now from yesterday
I haVe 1 -2.5℅ per hour and on sleep mode 0℅ last 6 hours.

Hello. I installed in my mi4c the original 7.2.16 rom (before it was re-uploaded). After this I got my phone locked and I unlocked it. The questions are, if I install new reuploaded 7. 2.16 will I get the phone locked again? In the next weekly rom releases will we get it locked again? Thanks in advanced from Spain.

Nowhere...latest features haven't been integrated yet officially. System stability issues will be fixed first...
