Wouldn't it be the correct thing to tell them to unlock it officially (flash original dev ROM and unlock it) before flashing with eu by means of OTA. Instead of deny people with officially unlocked ROMs the easier OTA way of updating?

I thought the security patch level dated 2017-09-01 of my Max 2 is already much outdated.

My security level is 2016-12-1. I wish I could update it.

Strangely! I find that 7.10.19 is not as smooth as all previous versions of MIUI 9 Beta roms...

The windows/animation is kind of "jerky" even though I have changed it from 0.5x to 1.0x....

Rom for TWRP and for Fasboot are different. Change TWRP previous number and try with ROM (taking here) or change miflash and try ROM for fastboot by official link

I want to thank you a lot. You solved me a problem that I don't know how solve. After flash of emmc files by twrp, I officially reunlocked my phone and after that I flashed last xiaomi.eu update with no problems. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
