Does the sound, vibraton & led work fine on xiaomi.eu MIUI 9 on devices like Mi 5, Mi 5S, Mi 5S Plus?

No sound notification in Line app on Mi 6 with MIUI 9 Stable.

After reflashing the ROM 7.11.9, I can confirm battery drain on nikel. 13% in 7 hours.

Edit: standby, Wi-Fi and 4g off.

Yes, you have. What I'm going to do is a full Miui backup and then I will save it on my pc. Then I'll go for a nandroid backup with Twrp (you'll never know) and then all wipes and installing of the stable release. After reboot I'll put the Miui backup on the device and then restore it. I already did that when I left Miui 8 stable eu to Miui 9 developer .eu, no problem at all.
BUT.... all the work above only if I'm sure that the Telegram sound notification bug has been fixed, otherwise I will remain on 17.10.19.
