priority 15869...
Lift to wake would be an awesome feature together with faceunlock on the mi6 (and every phone, where faceunlock is available).
But I don't know how hard it is to activate / implement this feature, so it's up to your decision about the prio ^^
But yes - would be awesome

I have a serious problem: my Xiaomi Mi 8 phone stops when the Mi logo appears (because before this there is a problem, so I had to do factory reset, but in the rest phase I feel this error) I tried everything : volume up and power key (I do not get into recovery), I can not install the twrp via cmd. it only lets me enter Fastboot mode, but I tried to get in there (in CMD, via the command) and it does not work. you help me. thank you so

Can you use MiFlashTool ? I think this way will help you (Download stock rom and flash via MiFlashTool)

Great to hear. Because being able to access notification shade in lock screen is a big security flaw. I did not see the option to turn on flashlight notification either. Can you add that in too? :p:p
What is a "flashlight notification"? First time I'm hearing about this...

It seems that all Xiaomi Redmi S2 / Y2 have Android 32bit. I installed both Chinese beta 10 and the global stable 9.6 - everywhere Android 32bit.

PS: I install the firmware via TWRP from 4PDA: http://4pda.ru/forum/index.php?showtopic=903113&view=findpost&p=75236778

There are cheap Win10 tablets where the hardware supports 64bit, but come with 32bit Win10 bexause the M$ license is cheaper for 32bit.

Why would Xiaomi ship devices with 32bit MIUI?

I would guess for historical reasons - the
MIUI was ported in the beginning from a older 32bit device, and noone bothered to upgrade to 64bits.

Hello.

Any improvement of the GPS?
The regular ROM doesn't take advantage of the dual signal, offering very bad accuracy.

Nonsense. There's no reason to use a 64-bit version of Windows on a tablet with 1GB-2GB RAM. Windows 64-bit uses substantially more RAM which will actually decrease performance. Unless you have 4GB of RAM or more, using 32-bit version of Windows is the sensible choice, despite the potential incompatibility with certain very specific applications (usually 64-bit-only games, which are too resource-intensive for these tablets anyway).

This has absolutely nothing to do with Android.

When you downloaded rom , after that use 7z to unzip rom and you will see single file , use 7z to unzip again , then open MiFlash and press select and browse to your extraced folder (include folder "image" and many files) and hit refresh then click flash

I think he means the "feature" to let the flashlight on the back light up. I saw this on apple devices and some androids.

You're both confusing me. MIUI already has flashlight feature, both on lockscreen left panel and the quick settings.

Haha, ok - I'm trying again:
Flashlight feature: if you receive a notification or a call, aditionally to the ringtone, the flashlight on the back starts blinking.

I found the "flashlight" feature for incoming calls - see screenshot of the phone-app options (german: beim klingeln blinken lassen (I think the other user is asking for having this feature also for notifications)
