Btw - is it possible for the xiaomi.eu devs to implement the studio lightning feature in the mi6 rom or must this feature be included in the china mi6 rom?
For now, xiaomi only activated it for the mix2s and mi8 although other devices have a dual-cam setup too (like the mi6).

GPS doesn't work at all on my MI8.
I am located in China and can't Fix any GPS at all...

is that related to the Global XIAOMI.EU ROM or a bug of the tel ?

Edit: I have install GPS FIX app and updated the AGPS, restarted the phone and the GPS all started to appear my magic

Hi, put the unzipped image to a directory as C:\Xiaomi or D:\Xiaomi - don't use folders with long names.

By the way devs, what has happened to timer design in MIUI 10? I see all those strange scene modes which trigger no sound and missing such important things like a list of pre-set timers and orange blinking when timer is about to stop....
How do you think if I replace something like Clock.apk or whatever it is in system folder I'll get back the old style timer?

Hi after I updated my mi5 to 8.7.12 v2 ROM I have a problem with the full screen gesture. The ROM now doesn't deactivate enymore mi buttons why? I really like the full screen gesture but now is not so nice. Thanks!

I don't believe that this is right solution.

I disabled my lock screen pattern with TWRP, bypassed lock screen by call from the another phone and using settings button in quick access menu (swipe down) then I disabled lock screen in "Developer options".
It "works" now, but some security features are disabled. I don't like this.


@ingbrzy I sent a logcat logs to you via PM. Please let me know if you need something else.

The devs activated the keys, because some people wanted to have them active also when in FSG mode. I want it to be deactivated too, but what should we do...
