Also suffering that Gpay says device not secure and nfc payment is disabled on my Mi9
Reading all the posts, but didn't get to the bottom of it.
Will there be a fix with the weekly update for unrooted devices?
Or is Magisk and flashing the SafetyNet fix required under any circumstances?

Many thanks

I've been xiaomi.eu ROM user for years but this actual recent version of your ROM completly bricked my Redmi Note 8 (Qualcomm)..
Mi Flash won't let me flash ROM without EDL authorised account.

Great job and thank you.
You're welcome. Don't blame us for doing a mistake you fail to recognize. Nothing in our ROMs can brick a device to that state.

RN8 some additional feedback:
Bubbles work mostly, but can still be grayed out if you open them straight from the notification bar, also they don't clear the badge number or mark messages as read in Messenger for example. This can be coming from the messenger end though.
After settling and one or two restarts the MIUI 12.5 performance increase is as described 30 percent less RAM used :D I have never seen numbers such as 2.6+ GB RAM available on my 4GB RN8. Thank you xiaomi.eu team.

Ok, I seem to be deep in it.
Mi9SE, treaded carefully, went to fastboot loop.

So okay, I just need to flash another TWRP, boot into recovery, etc, etc, right?
Nope. Fastboot now simply refuses to flash anything to my phone. And so does MiFlash (what's that with their official ROM packages and 'flash script not found', by the way?). Here's how it looks in the cmd. When I try to flash recovery, it simply freezes and nothing happens. I really need someone's help at the moment.

First try to put in fastboot manually (if phone have bootloop and got automatically in fastboot mode) with power + volume down.
I say this because i had my phone with fastboot image, but my notebook did not see the phone. After the button combination it see the phone.

After try if you see the phone with cmd "fastboot devices". If you see the phone open MiFlash to try to flash a stock rom. Remember the package extracted wiil be in a path without spaces (example D:\Xiaomi_Mi_10\stockRom and NOT D:\Xiaomi Mi 10\stockRom)

how do i install this new update i'm still using the android 10 miui12 RN8, btw i'm new to this kind of stuff sorry.
There are tons of information how to update in this forum.
It's better to inform before flashing or update so start reading before asking.

Hi… do you know what you are doing? Please read carefully and then try to flash.

Here is a description and the required files

I do see, well, some device:

C:\platform-tools>fastboot devices
5a1280dd fastboot

It is the same device MiFlash sees. However, official instruction fir MiFlash on Xiaomi website suggests I should see a list of some scripts after I 'decompress' ROM image. This isn't the case. Also, trying to flash the stock ROM to the phone causes it to go from fastboot to a small 'press any key to shutdown' line in upper left corner, and MiFlash gives me the 'couldn't find flash script' message. Maybe I'm doing something terribly wrong?

Change the directory name where you have extracted the image. Its maybe to long.

E.g. D:\image\

But I would prefere the, method from my link

You want to complain, go to the official MIUI forums and spill it out. We are not the ones who decided to do per-operator network type names. For example, who are we to decide to call a network "4G+" if Xiaomi decided (with their knowledge from each operator) that that network should be called "4G" or "4.5G" (such as in Latin America) instead? We don't have that information on how each operator in every country calls their network types.
And in any case, the switch explicitly says "Show LTE icon for 4G", not "Switch between LTE and 4G icons".

Safety net still doesn't pass on K30 Pro (CTS profile doesn't match).

Is there any solution without root?
With the new rom that you're going to download you will be fine , no root needed to pass safety net on Poco f2 pro ..

BUT , do not forget to delete data and cache from those 3 apps , then reboot phone and you will be fine..

EDIT
@Igor Sydorenko
This happened because now super wallpapers contains also an aod theme , though your device doesn't support aod this message I'm not sure that can be deleted for non supported aod devices..

No no no, I was replying to somebody who thought there was a bug.
@Igor Eisberg
