1. Download the ROM to your phone https://androidfilehost.com/?fid=14943124697586362822
2. reboot TWRP
3. install ROM
4. reboot system

Another update option:
Download the ROM to your phone https://androidfilehost.com/?fid=14943124697586362822
Thanks for the reply. To update it is only necessary to flash the ROM through Recovery or is it also necessary to do wipes previously?

Try flashing the ZIP made by the dev Poney70 who posted in THIS comment, it's easier like that. And he also attached a version to flash via Magisk.
Greetings!
thank you for this, but it says it can't find build.prop file. I tried with mounted and unmounted system and system_ext.
I really don't understand what the h.. is going on..lol

i already have xiaomi eu rom installed and it is rooted, what do i need to do when i want to update it? do i need to unroot or wipe everything first? or should i just install it straight from twrp?

You normally no need to unroot or wipe anything. ;)

Install ROM update then root your device again. :)

So miui 12.5 update came out for mix 3 and I am at miui 12 stable, but do you have any idea why it is not available through OTA in the settings ??

When you use the ZIP file forget all about mount partition, you don't need that. Just enter to TWRP and flash the ZIP, that's all.

i flashed 12.0.3 rom for redmi note 8, and got error when cloning app. When i did that, my phone shutted down and i had to reboot. Does anyone know how to fix it, thank you.

Mi Mix2s. I currently have a weekly firmware (20.9.4). A new stable firmware has been released (12.5.1.0). Question: Do you have to format the DATA section?

Yes, it is written in red in the second post of the thread.
I am not downgrading to an earlier version (as indicated in that post) but to a later one. From 12.0 to 12.5. Data formatting is optional !?

I didn't try yet, but best option is to backup your data first, then just install if it boots you are good to go. If not format data.

Has anyone tried the rom on Mi 11 lite 4G? Is there still black crush issue? (black pixels on dark areas)

Google lens seems be broken in miui gallery app (xiaomi.eu), which works fine is global/indo ROM.

Also, can you please arrange to delete/change the Google apps icons (chrome/drive/maps) from miui_mod_icons folders. So that we can get clean icons for Google applications.
Sorry if I'm asking too much
