can anyone tell how to flash fastboot? seem like my windows did not have drivers, i tried install something but it not work. im using windows 11.
my step is download -> unzip -> turn phone to fastboot -> connect cable to pc(pc not show any thing when put). run script and it just blank

Hi guys, I also have the "gmail laggy" problem, is it possible to revert back to the rom 12.12.1? it was working fine there (I have a mi11)
If yes, I just have to flash the 12.12.1 on top of this rom?

unlock you bootloader, download driver - watch video on how to install driver if need, on phone enable developer mode and turn usb debugin on, put phone into fastboot mode, unzip rom files that you downloaded, run script

It wasn't that bad like this week, but gmail was already lagging.

I have lag issues on my Mi 11, Gmail is also very slow. Also, I can't change individual apps in Dark Mode because it doesn't show me a selection

As much as you are trying to be funny, I don't think this comment is helpful towards the issue.

For certain devices, Gmail lags on this ROM. That is a hard fact. "even google own phones have the lag" - Sorry, my Google Pixel 3 XL has no lag in gmail on A12, at all.
I didn't have massive lag on 21.12.1 weekly. But dirty flashing 21.12.8 over that I have huge lag scrolling through the email. The hamburger menu works super buttery smooth though. Something about this ROM and the email display within the Gmail causes this. I'm not sure if this is seen in Chinese weeklies since I don't have access to it.

We could only hope somehow someone finds the reason behind it. Seems like not everyone is having this issue from what I can see.

Your phone is probably not on fastboot mode. Open another cmd and put your phone to bootloader mode (adb reboot bootloader)

I don't know why mine are not being saved into the MIUI/sound_recorder folder.
I have just done two tests - saying something and then saving them. They are not in that folder.
They do not appear in that folder, either in date order, or name sort order. A search in both File Manager and Files does not produce them.
However, they are in the list of recordings.
Most importantly, because they are not in the MIUI folder, or visible at all with a file manager, I cannot back them up, unless I 'Send' them to that folder.

I'm lagging in GMail and less laggy on Google Messages. I noticed some not so smooth experience on 60Hz but seems fine on 120Hz on my Poco F3. Reinstalling the app doesn't fix the issue.

Dirty flashed from the last available A11 rom for Poco F3 to A12.

It's working for me, just double tap to awake doesn't working properly.

Yes. I presume that that is the folder, but it is not accessible or readable. Yet the phone calls are still recorded in the same accessible folder. So I shall have to remember to share all of the recordings (not phone calls) in order to back them up. (Why does Xiaomi have to make things so complicated!)
