MIUI 13 MIUI 13 STABLE RELEASE

Latest stable version on Xiaomi 12X running. No bluetooth connection to laptop (Asus TUF FA 2021) possible. When asking for codes, both codes (phone and laptop) are identical, nevertheless is says codes are not identical and refuses connecting. Connections to bt-earphones are working.

Remember:
If you are going from MIUI 13 (or later) Weekly ROM to MIUI 13 Stable ROM, you are doing a downgrade, so format data is mandatory!

Tip for Android 12 devices:
Because TWRP doesn't work with Android 12, the update needs to be flashed in Fastboot mode.
Download the ZIP package, unpack it on your PC and run one of the following scripts:
* update_rom (without formatting data), if you're moving from Android 11 xiaomi.eu ROM.
* first_install_with_data_format (with format data), if you're flashing xiaomi.eu ROM for the first time.
I'm trying to update to the new version, but I don't know which script to run. please help

To flash the ROM for Xiaomi Mi 11 is now TWRP needed...

Please (!!) go back to Fastboot-Editions, much easier for lots of people and worry-free to flash. Thanks!
Much better way
Maybe is much more work to build fastboot rom but I also would prefer fastboot rom.

Now I need to flash TWRP, check any time TWRP version, go to PC, download and copy rom to my Mi10... :/
I will second that. Please release a fastboot version.
I am not sure when we asked anyone's preference on this matter...
If we wanted opinions, we would have made a public poll.

Hi. Is there a way to release roms and updates in fastboot as well as recovery?

Fastboot method is more convenient for some of us.

The recovery method messes some banking apps if they detect the custom recovery.

Thank you
It would increase build time substantially and double the network bandwidth, not happening.

that would be great in any ways... or release a repack-tool to convert "recovery-roms" into "fastboot-roms" - if that's technically possible...?
My time is too precious to me, what's the incentive?

the latest K50 gaming / POCO F4 GT ROM (13.0.11.0 SLJCNXM) is not a fast boot rom , how can i flash it

On Mi11Ultra with this boot_a boot_b BS it is just so much more comfortable to plugin and doubleclick the .bat

Flashed twrp to boot_a and messed it up. Thanks ;)

If that happens to you reboot into system "fastboot reboot system"
This will automatically trigger fastboot
Then you can run the update fastboot script from 13.0.12 and all is good again.

Can't remember anyone instructing to flash TWRP to boot_a. Do some homework first or don't bother with custom ROMs. Thanks.

you tell me :)

look i'm totally happy with all your work and i'm years in the custom rom community - i just wanted to address a problem, some people have here. of yourse i just speak only for me: my problem is, that my Mi11 doesn't let TWRP read the internal storage. so i can flash via fastboot only. and i am really happy about the possibility to have that in earlier versions. thank you! i don't WANT you to provide what i need, but i think it's okay, if i tell my problems. where else, if not here?

Yesterday, I updated my MI10 (Umi) with the stable 13.0.7 via TWRP comming from weekly 22.7.13/19. I did a dirty flash (no data format) and everything worked flawlessly and looks good so far. Thanks a lot for your work.

For you it is just normal. You probably do this all day everyday. But i bought my Mi11Ultra with Xiaomi.eu ROM from tradingshenzhen. So if there are procedures that deviates from page 1 it would be nice if you'd just add maybe a "howto" text to the zip or something that includes the steps.
