Yes it's normal. There is no way to avoid. Magisk zip small file is always useful to have on the phone

Do you mean this (img1)? Search settings for 'tasks' to find it (img2). You can add a home screen shortcut from the cog/settings icon in top right (img3)
this is my poco f3 23.1.9 rom.
there is nothing about this task option.
it gone......

Due to I restore my phone form Xiaomi cloud backup?

it's so bad.
there is nothing in my Poco f3.
In the Security app, you at the bottom it says, "swipe up to open toolbox". So pull up and scroll to the bottom to the battery section.
There you find "automated tasks"

Edit: Just saw your message, my Security App version is: 7.4.1-221218.0.1. You may need to update yours? not sure

For the vibration "issue" (not an issue):
Settings App -> Additional settings -> Accessibility -> Swipe right to "Physical" -> Vibration and Haptics -> Turn it all off or on depending what you want.

Or...just search "haptics" in the settings App.

Thank you for answering .another issue which has alway been there since updated to miui 14 weekly (12pro):when i read a long page on browsers or shopping apps,it couldn't be displayed in its entirety--once i pageup for several pages, the rest won't appear ,at the bottom there is a circle rotating and rotating......

Coolwalk has nothing to do with this rom. It's a server side switch on Google's part. For example, mine has it right now, and my wife's doesn't. Same phone, same builds, different user accounts. It's rolling out. Just be patient.
Yeah I know that, that's why I said that I was waiting for Google to trigger the update.

Unfortunately I don't believe that it will be fast... Are u in the US? I'm in Europe, Portugal...

The wait is going to be long...

i have a issue that has confused me for a long time:can i set a weekday alarm clock which means the alarm dosen't work on statutory holidays?this is valid when i switch system language into chinese, but it's invalid in english.

Reboot the system and don't touch anything. Reboot in Recovery mode after the phone boots up. And flash the rom again
thanks op for your suggestion, For those whom got the same error, just re-enter the fastboot mode and reflash the rom in recovery, the second flash will be succeed without error

New monet theme icons looks cool
I'd like to see more apps with monet theme icon
(Even MIUI Apps doesn't have monet theme icon but third party apps have it)

You can set it up to flash automatically after an update in the settings of the SKKK version of TWRP recovery.

This is okay, it's just a remounting bug in TWRP, the rom flashes fine. If it worries you, you can reboot to recovery again and reflash and it shouldn't show those mounting errors.

I'm in Canada. It has definitely been a long wait. They are turning it on in stages depending on the type of headunit installed in the vehicle, which is why I was somewhat surprised that it was now enabled on mine, but not my wife's, in the same vehicle.

Unless you're keeping it on there incase you need to use it as an uninstaller, the magisk.zip is built into SKKK's TWRP -- look under advanced and you will see both the option to install magisk, and patch boot with it (which you can set to automatically do after an OTA update as well).

Hi,
XM12 - this morning I noticed that after setting DND, for the night, and cancelling it, the default ringtone setting was cleared and I had to re-set it.
Anyone noticed that?

Can't you guys pack properly?
I downloaded 3 times and the MD5 totals are the same.
