I've got some weird issues using mobile data. On my simcard i have to have use roaming ( older card , network uses 2 names ) and until a while ago it used to work just fine. On both 2g and 3g i can see that mobile data is connected ( either in edge , 3g or hsdpa+ ) but there is allmost nothing...

Any news on when there will be a new milestone/snapshot build available ?

There will be a 4.4 update but based on the v5 rom... Quite a desperate ( or stupid even.. ) move from xiaomi imho... CM is working absolutely GREAT for me and i'm allready very curious about the next milestone build :)

The official build will be a 4.1 based one... wich is a joke... Even more whack is the fact that there will be a 4.4 build for the mi2 but it will be based on v5 and it will not be 100% official since it will be Ivans work.. This move will cost xiaomi a TON of customers... CM is working...

Xiaomi is just furious at the fact that CM is working so well... Yes, the nightlies do contain some faults but that's why they are nightlies. The first milestone CM is rock solid and is perfectly stable when installed properly ( have 2 mi2s phones running both v5 and CM that are used heavy ...)...

That's too bad... :( Let's hope the rotation bug is fixen in 10 then..

It's a bit too big... but not too much of a phablet... Can we finally change batteries again ? SD card possible ? If only the price was on chinese level... i would get it right away... Over 400 $ is way overpriced imho... Maybe next year when the 5 comes i'll give it another thought...

Nothing solid on miui v6.... If xiaomi would be that stupid to not push kitkat officially to the mi2 they would leave a huge gap... ( and tons of unhappy customers... ) CM seems to have the gap allready covered and so far i'm really happy with the results. If CM can get the battery usage...

Have installed the framework with no issues but still seeking for a way to get network speed in the notify bar... anybody tried the ART option ? Would like to test it but i'm a little affraid it wil #beep!# the install...

The folders are allready there but i have no option to move the audio files from one folder to the other... Need to look into that... There is another option ; play the file with the apollo player , press the menu button and there you have the option to select "use file as ringtone" Works...

About a day into the snapshot/milestone build :) I was allready quite impressed but i still have no issues other then the quite heavy battery use ! :D Still looking for an option to use my own ringtones instead of those included in the rom , is it even possible ? Anybody tested the ART...

TDB can be enabled so that should not be the issue ( running both the Milestone CM kk and the miui JB here ) , i've used a different gapps package ( http://xiaomi.eu/community/threads/gapps-xs-google-apps-for-kk-cm-mokee-pac-gummy.24860/) so that might be the issue... I've noticed that there...

I never did the nightlies ( a bit scared of the various bugs.. ) Just made the install. Absolutely no issues ! :D Grabbed the snapshot zip and the minimal gapps zip. Wiped the data, cache and dalvik in the recovery menu and then installed the zips. Both installed without any issues. First...

Grabbing the snapshot / milestone version right now... It was a very long wait... REALLY curious about this ! :D

The dev. version is a stable one but with root as standard :) No worries there :) The towelroot method can also work with the regular rom , give it a try.

towelroot might work here... towelroot.com/tr.apk You need the dev. edition of the rom to have the root option available when using the miui rom

Any news on the release of the milestone ?

A bit scared to run the nightly but i will be going for the stable of this !! The official kitkat for the M2S is taking way to long imho... Very curious how the stable will work ! :) Thanks a million to m!cha and linuxx for this !

Bij mij is het een combinatie van chinees en engels ;) De weekdag staat netjes in engels maar achter het jaar , maand en dag staan chinese caracters. Geen idee waar dat precies in zit..
