Phantom Touches, Ghost touches, Invisible finger

No. Phantom touches are back. Downgrading GPU clock to 200MHz didn't help... :-( Inviato dal mio MI 2 utilizzando Tapatalk

OT As I'm in Taiwan, right now, I was looking for the HTC one m8. It's cheaper than in Italy, but still expensive: 550€ the 32gb version. Inviato dal mio MI 2 utilizzando Tapatalk

I just installed trickster mod and I'm trying to keep the GPU clock max at 200 MHz. I'll see what happens.... Inviato dal mio MI 2 utilizzando Tapatalk

I noticed that this problem is more likely to happen (in my case) when I start a game or when I use Firefox. Could it be related, somehow, to the graphic engine/chip? Maybe using the graphic chip increases the inside temperature of the phone and it's affecting the touch chip? Inviato dal mio MI...

    [ROM][KK][4.4][2014-05-18] CyanogenMod 11.0

Is there a way to lock all the widgets in the lock screen (beside, obviously, the "unlocker")? I'd like to have the lock screen, well, locked. Possibly without the pin code. Inviato dal mio MI 2 utilizzando Tapatalk

For the time being, I set BT mac = WiFi mac +1. I'll try to find some time to reinstall miui on the second partition to check what was the real BT mac address. Inviato dal mio MI 2 utilizzando Tapatalk

@M1cha I found out that Mokee gives the bluetooth adapter the same mac address that this rom gives to wifi. The wifi on mokee has a completely different mac address (it belongs to another vendor). I played a little around and I've been able to set my bluetooth mac address to the same as mokee...

Mokee gives me a completely different address. I don't know if it's the real (hardware) one or not. Inviato dal mio MI 2 utilizzando Tapatalk

I don't know. I never paid attention to the bluetooth mac address. I currently have mokee on system2: should I boot to it and check if the bt mac address is still the same? BTW, my (our) bt mac address with this rom is: 00:00:00:5B:56:2A. I bet it's the same as your one... ;-)

@M1cha I just found out that my MI2S and a MI2S of one of my friends have the same bluetooth mac address. That made my car's bluetooth go crazy and my phone went crazy too... :-( Is there a way to change my bluetooth mac address to something else? Any number should work or there are some rules?

Phantom Touches, Ghost touches, Invisible finger

I tried both: with and without screen protector. The one I have now on the screen is even an "original" one, bought directly from xiaomi. Apparently I've got no change. It looks like, however, that the last cm11 from M1cha made this problem appear more seldom than the previous one. Inviato dal...

This phone doesn't work in 3g in the 900MHz band. So, specially indoor, it is very easy that it switches to 2g. Inviato dal mio MI 2 utilizzando Tapatalk

I've got them with mokee too (I have mokee on my 2nd partition). I can't believe that there are no parameters to play with. By browsing the kernel i've found where some binary blob is loaded in the touch device. Understanding the content of that blob is beyond me. This issue is making me really...

After connecting the phone to the Bluetooth handsfree device in my car, and subsequent disconnection, the audio on the phone seemed to be still diverted on Bluetooth. I could hear no sound for a game I was playing with and pushing the volume buttons could only act on bluetooth. The Bluetooth was...
