Hi all, Just wanted to report that Wi-Fi hotspot doesn't work on 5GHz on MIUI 11 (currently using 9.10.17). Don't know if it was working on previous miui 11 build but on miui 10 (android 9) it was working. Bug report will provide additionally because file is too large to upload here.

Try to redownload that rom and flash it through updater. If that doesnt help flash global stable fasboot rom through spflash. First try recovery rom because you will lose all data with fastboot rom flash, and who knows, maybe it will fix baseband issues

but try just to format instead of wipe just userdata

Try formatting userdata in TWRP and they try to install. Read somewhere that it solves this problem. Try it and report back

Well battery could be optimized more but memory management is terrible on v5, so for that no. Altho better memory management, bettery battery life :)

In general, no, maybe some minor changes. Main change that Android M could bring is doze for battery and better memory management since in my opinion those are the main things that need improving right now...

Well here with custom rom I doubt without kernel sources first but if xiaomi adds it then you will have it here also, but I doubt that xiaomi will add it any time soon...

We could maybe have this feature if xiaomi release kernel source code and there is option for that for this digitizer, if not, its a hardware thing
