1.10.8 - HD2 - Bluetooth pairing with carsystem

I moved to MIUI ROM recently from cyanogenmod based ROM.
With old ROM I have been able to fully use pairing feature avaibale in the CAR like:
phone contact access
phone pairing call and answer
media player pairing.

With MIUI ROM I have no more access to phone contact library.
To perform phone call I need first to pair with media player pairing.
I'm not more able to access the phone contact library.

Any possibility to fix?

Update:
I'm able to access the phone contact library only if contact on the Phones comes from SIM (probably is a matter of lenght).
To perform phone call is still needed a first pair with media player.
