Just choose WIPE and swipe to factory reset ..
But if you want to go back on some cases wants format data too ..

Swipe to factory reset wipes data , cache and dalvik .. so you're not gonna loose anything from internal storage ..
Format data Wipes everything, including internal storage too ..

Sorry, but CLEAN INSTALL is with FORMAT DATA in TWRP.
and nothing else.
