Update regarding HMnote8Pro MTK [begonia] support:
- We dropped support for HMnote8Pro MTK [begonia] due to a lot of bricks caused by installing TWRP or Magisk or any other mods.. MTK does not allow to boot to Fastboot if something "goes wrong" and users are forced to flash images via SPFlash Tool EDL mode which is locked by Xiaomi for few authorized accounts only.. so for safety of users, we will not release any ROMs for this device..
PS: We do not recommend buying MTK devices if you want to use our ROMs..

For Turkish users of MI8SE only:

After every new version, install this older modem file to get network signal

My company made a monthly cut today and all the phones with security patches older than 2019-12-01 were cut off from email.

With 20.2.20 I had 2020-01-01 shown on my Mi 9 yet it still got banned. IT support told me the system sees 2019-11-01 and that's why I was cut off. They also see Android 9 as OS, weirdly enough.

When I saw this new update, 80 minutes fresh, I immediately jumped and updated my phone! It does say v20.2.27 now, but the security patch is still 2020-01-01, although I've expected 2020-02-01, as changelog suggests.

Anyway, my phone still reports 2019-11-01 to the company servers and I'm effectively disconnected until something changes. Hoping for a new patch in a week or two that brings February or March patches :/

Still, thank you dev guys for pushing these updates to us at such a great pace! Your efforts are, as always, very highly appreciated!

Are you rooted? Because if yes, maybe you can change this line in build.prop file?
ro.build.version.security_patch=2019-11-01

Very good update!
So far no problems.
Home screen problem is fixed on Mi CC9/9lite

New:
The wifi frequency is now displayed in the info bar.
WiFi and LTE data throughput is much better.
Security patch level is now February 2020!
Thanks for the hard work
this version can be described as stable!

Just flashed this ROM on my Mi 9 SE, and it's running great so far. I only got one question regarding the s Android Security Update. On security status says it has the February update but on privacy it still says it's from November. So which one is it?
Keep up the amazing work tho. One of the smoothest ROMs I've had in a while!

K20 pro.
Global dark mode made everything look super weird. It even made my google account image inverse colors so i don't think that's working very well. I think i had it on before too and i didn't have any problems like this before.

Did you mount system partition?
I simply checked for new updates, downloaded and installed. Phone rebooed into recovery, did the dirty flash, and rebooted back to normal. I always do the update like that.
Honestly, not sure how I would go about editing build.prop. I'll download the update to a computer and look through the zip file.

But I still don't know what difference would that make. Does it control the security patch version I see in my settings? My phone already says the security patch is at 2020-01-01 although the company system sees it as 2019-11-01.

In how many places is this setting stored? :)

Redmi note 7 pro ( violet )
Neither android 10 nor security update is coming for almost 3 months. What kind of policy is this?
i think xiaomi forgot redmi note 7 pro or not counting device latest version 9.12.12

incredible but true
No one should call me coronavirus or holidays, or if you are not excused how to get to other devices, only redmi note 7 pro is delayed and not going out

I bought the RN7P because I wanted a Xiaomi phone with weekly updates due to my Poco only being on the stable channel. I've never had so few updates on a mobile phone. Even the Poco is running Android 10. As you say, if Android 10 isn't ready, at least provide patches. Xiaomi is a joke.

Thanks a lot for this update, one of the most obvious things to me is that text written i.e. in WhatsApp does not become black on black background any more when more than three lines have been written. Made it impossible for me to check for mistakes or autocorrect typos afterwards before sending. Think this was related to the system wide dark mode. I like this version
