There is a future where you swipe from down to enter app switcher, and on the top there is Cleaner, Security scan, Deep Clean and Manage Apps.
Sometimes when you exit from some apps, or something this UI is overlayed, no icons visible or something but if i want to tap on an app from launcher that is in that area, ti opens one of the upper mentioned apps.
