No for me, I use mode 3. It's the mode that is appears in the my account > font and then you select it.
The awesome thing, since miui 12, it don't reboot at all ! Immediate testing for font
Using zfont folder on sdcard
Almost perfect on Mi 9, even the Google dialer apk modded works again. The only thing not working is the Gmail notification. Gmail is the only app that don't get any notification, I tried to delete and reinstall the app but nothing changed. Thanks for the Rom!

You need to install them manually (AOD Super Wallpaper will not work) because Xiaomi chose to add this feature on Snapdragon 8XX devices only => https://xiaomi.eu/community/threads/super-wallpaper-does-not-available-in-mi-9t.55608/post-541358

I downloaded the peace font and it only appears on app.
I don't find the mode 3, actually I don't know what it is.
Can help me somehow?

EDIT: New zip link => TWRP_Dark_Mode_Fix_v1.3.zip
EDIT 2: On MIUI 12 Beta ROM, this workaround is lost only if you disable/re-enable "Dark Mode" option, you can go in Dark Mode settings menu without issue.

If China Beta is released and not EU release maybe because Xiaomi.EU found some troubles in patching Android 9 roms or didn't have time to do it.
@ingbrzy many thanks for the update. Most of the issues got fixed and rom is more smooth. The banking app is still showing the same error, maybe I have found out after installing 2 software that read sim and phone status and this is the reason why banking app making issues. No apps can read sim and phone status as per below status.
Is there anything we can do on it?

What hapoens id ypu wipe system?Can you read the installation steps in OP? NEVER wipe /system partition! ...
"Format Data" in TWRP (Button's name in "Wipe" menu, NOT wipe "/data"), reboot to Recovery, then put the zip ROM in your phone's storage and install it.
since last build my android messages is having a problem sending mms or gifs it says " network is not ready. try again " and i didnt change anything else then miui 11 to miui 12 . i tried pulling out my sim card and reinserting it .. no luck .
i saw it as been reported last buid but without any fix for it .
@ingbrzy i dont know how you could reproduce it but i need help .
also my phone number is not writed in the app like its suppose to , its writed unknown.

On my MI9LiteCC9, new MIUI 12 ROOMs:
- swipe left to see notifications dont go, only temporary black screen to return to Main Home
New swipe right control center looks right
- Main Home screen don't shows icons after unlook screen but swipping left I recover icons and functionallity (after temporary black screen)
Allways dirty upgrade
